New calendar entry wrong default
Hi,
hope somebody can help me with this strange issue.... How can I change back the default "Show as" to "Busy" in Outlook 2003^ I have 1 user that the default "show as" is been shown as "free" Is there a way of changing it back to "Busy" without trying to reinstall Office? our current configuration is : Outlook 2003 in cache mode Exchange 2007 SP1 Blackberry desktop manager installed on his computer. Thank you

You cannot change the defaults for the "Show time as" field. If you double-click to create an event in a calendar view where the time scale does NOT show, the default will always be "Free". If you double-click to create an event in a view where the time scale does show, the default will always be "Busy". -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
