Remove all shading in Outlook printouts
Is the item an all day event with a color category that is marked busy? Try

Only 1 of our pc's running Office 2007 prints out calendars with shading in the appointment area. I unchecked the "Print using gray shading" in the Page Set-up menu. I am now out of ideas.
