in 2003 my monthly calendar on the left showed 2 or three months. in 2007 it
shows only the current month. I can't find a way to change the view. is there a way? |

Pull the vertical bar inward 1 or more calendar widths and collapse the
groups and hide the views list. (Look on the View menu for the command to show views in the navigation pane.) http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/y.../yearlycal.asp -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Do you keep Outlook open 24/7? pulling the bar inward (more calendars in the row) and increasing the
vertical height (more in the column) is the only way to add more calendars to the view. Are the buttons pushed all the way down? The calendar groups collapsed? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Do you keep Outlook open 24/7? yes to all. I followed the directions on the video but there was nothing to
pull down further. it was pulled down as far as it would go. I could expand it vertically but in order to get 2 or three months it took up most of the message space. I could never get it to display the full year calendar like in the video "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: pulling the bar inward (more calendars in the row) and increasing the vertical height (more in the column) is the only way to add more calendars to the view.
