Is there something I can do when I send an invite to make sure those who dont
have microsoft office/outlook can open/accept invite or can they download some software. Thanks |

What version of Outlook are you using? The later versions use iCal format

Thanks. How best to see if I have iCAl format prior to spending money

Thanks What version of Outlook? See if you can click ToolsOptionsCalendar Options and locate a box labeled "When sending requests over the Internet, use iCalendar format".
