Default forms and templates

Hi All

At work, I have been given the job of creating a Outlook template for phone
messages. THis takes the form of a template with tick boxes and or drop down
menus (eg. urgent, phone back etc.).

My idea is there will be a button on the toolbar which when clicked opens
the phone message template.

Does anyone know of a good (free) online tutorial for this (preferably aimed
at idiot level!!!!)

Any help greatly appreciated

Kind regards

Rexmann

There are a couple of walk-throughs listed at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm

For putting a form on a toolbar, see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/launchform.htm
