In the 2007 calendar printing assistant, the times run from 8AM to 8PM,
and appointments before 8AM are listed at the bottom. Is there any way
go get them to show above 8AM where they belong? There is plenty of
room if you could "shift" the time down.

That doesn't appear to be adjustable, although you may be able to edit the
template to change it. Did you try other layouts? The long week template
shows more.
