I have a co-worker who uses the "New" button on the calendar toolbar to make
new appointments for herself. Her problem is that she has other calendars displaying and so if one of those other calendars are the active one, she ends up making the appointment on the incorrect calendar. This causes confusion and sometimes big embarrasments to our Director. I have asked her to double click on the desired calendar, but I can't get her to get out of the habit of using the new button. Is there a way to always have her calendar be the active one? -- Janette |

No, unfortunately. If she is 'working in' another calendar, its going to
make the appointment in that calendar. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Do you keep Outlook open 24/7?
