I wonder if it's possible to book a calender meeting for other people
without being part of it your self ? For example you don't want the meeting to popup in your own calender. Is it possible ? We are using Outlook 2007 sp3 Sincerley \\Jonas B |

You'd need to open their calendar and make the appointment on their calendar
