How do I set my calendar to stop deleting old appointments?
Every time I synch my Blackberry, it wants to delete all past appointments.
I need to keep this information - how do I set this up? I've already changed the option on the blackberry to keep appointments forever, but I don't see where you do that with outlook 2003.

That is the only setting you need to change. Old items won't be restored
when this is changed, but future items won't be deleted.
