I am a new Windows 7 user. When I try to enter a appointment in the calendar
on a specific date in Outlook, I get a message - "Could not save item." What
am I doing wrong? When I enter File - New, the word "Appointment" is grey
and not accessable to me. What am I doing wrong? The software "Outlook" was
bundled in a Office suite Trial version and asks me for a product key. I
went on line and to get the key, received a key but the software rejected it.
Has the trial period run out? I have ordered a separate "Outlook" software
just yesterday.

Please advise.

It sounds like your trial has expired or is not activated. How long have
you been using Outlook? DId it ever work on this computer?
