Default Opening Shared Calendars

I have one user on our network who opens a shared calendar in Outlook 2007
running on Windows XP and it randomly asks her to log into the Exchange 2007
mail server.

Has anyone seen this problem?

I feel like I've tried everything.

Thanks,

Tim
