This would be a good thing for our employee vacation calendar since the time
takes up too much page in each printed cell, but I can't figure out how to do it! Mary |

if they show on the outlook calendar, they will print if there is room.
Turn them off on the outlook calendar by right clicking on the grid and choosing other settings and uncheck Show end times. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Outlook do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=27072 "Mary Sullivan" wrote in message ... Alternately, you can use a 3rd party Outlook calendar printing tool.
One such app is WinCalendar - it converts your Outlook Calendar to MS Word or Excel format (plus start/end time & word wrapping :-) See: http://www.wincalendar.com/calendar-maker.html For other addins see: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp TG |
