Supported user was given a new laptop. Old laptop was reimaged before .OST
could be recovered. Several items, (Meeting Requests and Appointments)
created before new laptop was put into production cannot be deleted. Items
are always recurring items. I have been unable to delete such items. When I
try to move such items ahead by an hour or to an entirely different date,
nothing happens. Another odd occurrence; when the user has been able to open
an item, change the time range, and move the item to a different date, the
new item appears correctly, however; the original item remains on the
original date with the NEW time. This has resulted in invited attendees
receiving multiple invites/reminders. Thank you for any feedback.
