My Outlook is primarily used on my desk top. I used my blackberry as go-between but my laptop's Outlook doesn't have the full categories I created on desk top, so I stopped doing it.

I created two WindowsLiveIDs. I use one at home, and one at work (2
computers). I then publish my calendars and grant access to myself at each
location using the two IDs. The draw back is that you can't change the home
calendar while at work and the reverse is also true. I don't know of any
other way to share them. Google Sync didn't work for me as it consistently
wiped out what one computer placed there with the other information. That
was frustrating. I missed some appointments!

Sadly, right now Microsoft is either oblivious to the fact that its calendar
publication server is down despite their "help" to the contrary, or they
can't get it fixed. It's been almost a week now that it's been down and that
sucks.

Hope this helps.
Linda
