Default Meeting Invitation to Bcc

I want to send meeting invitations to some without making other attendees
aware. I wish I had the option of sending invitations to Cc and Bcc
addresses. I can't find a way to make it happen.

Default not working for me

I have tested this, sending appointments to users outside of my office, who don't have outlook email and all the attendees are listed.
Is this intended for internal BCCs only?

Did you have a location in the location field? If the location field is
blank, the resources (BCC'd names) are added to the location field.
