How can I use my calendar and other features wo using Outlook emai
When outlook asks for account information, click cancel to create a no mail
profile. It's a win-win for the ISP, they get to show ads to attempt to pull in a bit more revenue, along with the reduced support costs of having to support buggy mail clients and users who can't manage to enter server information into their client and leave it alone.

That's not what I consider "ISP will not allow using the email address" -
it's "isp only has web mail". Web mail can be as expensive for the isp.
