![]() I have searched the net and have found no solution to my problem, and I cannot believe microsoft could have missed it. I have just completed my diary for next year - all with category colours and a maximum of three events on a day. I need a monthly print out If I try and print to a pdf direct from Outlook 2007 it would be perfect, other than it doesn't wrap the text so I can't see fully the subject, location and time (I would like to see notes as well, but could do without this) So, I tried Calendar Printing Assistant 2007 with SP2 and this is very fancy but it doesn't carry forward the category colours, apart from putting all day events in its own selected colour. I just want a monthly calendar that prints with coloured categories and all the information wrapped into the specific day - it cant be much to ask for, surely Alan -- Alan1234 http://forums.slipstick.com |

Well, I have seen similar complaints a million times (about wrapped text in
the printouts and color issues), but I wasn't ignoring the question - I haven't been online much this morning. ![]() Have you tried the other calendar tools at http://slipstick.me/calprint ? I'm not sure any of them can do it though. Even if one can, if it's a one time deal, it would be easy to make calendar folders for each category/color then use the By category view and *copy* the items to the correct folder. Add each to the CPA and set the calendar color. Delete the folders from outlook when finished (that's why copy, instead of move). If its something you'd be doing often, then an add-in (if one can do what you want) could be a good investment. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Outlook do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=27072 "Alan1234" Alan1234.44brcm@invalid wrote in message news:Alan1234.44brcm@invalid... One of the Apps listed on http://slipstick.me/calprint (great website &
reference by the way!) is WinCalendar. It supports full word wrap. It doesnt support colors by category, however it converts your Outlook Calendar to native MS Word & Excel format so you can apply colors after creating like any .doc/xls file. |
