I am unable to get my all day events to show up in the grey banner area at
the top of each day. Instead, my all day events show up in the time block area at 12:00 am, and I'm forced to scroll up to that time to see if there is any all day events. Also, when I schedule a multiday event, it only appears on one day. How do I get my all day events to show up in the banner at the top of the day? How do I get the category color to color the whole day or all the days that the event is scheduled for? |

Did you check the box for all day event when you created the appointment? Do
they span 2 days? That they are listed at 12 am sounds like they 0 min appointments, not 24 hrs. Category colors will color the whole day if you set the appointment busy. http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/colored_dates.htm -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "ksundback" wrote in message ... Event is scheduled to start on 1/27/2010 and end on 1/29/2010, but only shows
up on 1/27. When I click 'all day event' the time is grayed out and shows 12:00am. If I put in a time, then the all day event box becomes unchecked. The event will show up on the time that I enter, but does not span the day. Appointment is set to busy, but only colors the start time. I'm using Outlook 2007.
