I am using outlook 2003. I just became able to have my blackberry sync with
my exchange server with work. I also use a third party database software program that imports calendar events into Office, which in turn is syning with my blackberry for everything to be working together. THe problem I am having is the outside program (SmartOffice) is only able to add calendar events to the default calander which is on my computer the personal folder. Is there a way to change the default calendar to the Exchange server calendar? FOr some reason it is syncing contacts with the exchange server contacts file, but not the calendar. Thanks |

yes, It had been personal, but recently udated it to deliver to the exchange
folder, but it still is bringing activities to the personal folder. I take it we can't delete the personal folder because it is "special"? When the exchange mailbox is default, its calendar should be the default.
Try restarting outlook using the /resetfolders switch. (if you need help using switches, see http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/commandlines.htm) If the calendar in the pst wasn't being used, you could delete it. In the future, if you need mail moved to a PST, use rules. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "DukeJF" wrote in message ... yes, It had been personal, but recently udated it to deliver to the exchange folder, but it still is bringing activities to the personal folder.
