When a delegate sets an all-day appointment on this principal's calendar,
Outlook sets it on two different days: the actual all-day appointment date and the previous date. On the delegate's screen, when she looks at the principal's calendar, the appointment shows up only on the day it is set for. On his screen, it shows up on two different days, leading to his confusion as to which day is the real appointment. It doesn't make any difference if we remove the "reminder" option (which shows as 15 minutes on the delegate's view of his Outlook calendar and 18 hours when the appointment is viewed on his screen). The appointment still shows up on his Outlook as spanning two days. How do we stop this? (And, no, we can't just set it as an appointment on that day from 8 to 5. He doesn't want it to look that way.) |

One of the two PCs differs in either the Time Zone or the daylight saving time setting. -- Brian Tillman |
