I am responsible for setting up meetings for our team, we don't have Exchange
just do everything via email. Also, our team uses Blackberrys for on the road so I need to make sure the computer calendar matches up with the Blackberry calendar. It has come to my attention that when I change a meeting to a different day, the original meeting doesn't go away. It changes on my own calendar so I'm not sure what the recipients are doing or not doing. Also, when I cancel meetings, do the recipients need to open the email and accept the cancellation and have it remove from the calendar for it to completely go away? |
