We have a user that has just had a surname change - I used the 'rename'
facility in Active Directory and changed her login, account name, and email address. Her new surname now appears everywhere - in GAL and her default email address has the new surname in it. We have however noticed that when she creates meetings in her boss' calendar (she is his delegate) using the meeting scheduler, when she receives the invitation accepted/declined emails from the recipients in her inbox, they show her old name in the 'To' box. Where is that being picked up from as her new surname has been updated everywhere that I can think of. Thanks. |
