I'd really love it if someone can answer this one: I have a situation where I
manage an intern's calendar - I'm in charge of assigning him tasks, which I put on the calendar. I want to start keeping notes on his performance in the notes section, but I don't want him to be able to see these notes. Is there a way of achieving this, or is this type of access restriction not possible for someone's calendar? (Say, if you're the owner and it's in your computer, can you give that person only certain rights or does he have them all?). Thank you very much in advance! |

You can't block anything on his calendar. You could set your calendar events
to Private and make sure he does not have permission to view items marked private. For something like this, I think I'd use the journal. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "Janet" wrote in message ...
