Default Search Multiple Calendars

Is there a way to search mulitple calendars? For instance, in our office the
front desk manages the calendars of 15 people. When students come in, they
sometimes don't know who their appointment is with or forgot what day/time,
etc.. If all of the advisors have given "editor" permission to the front
desk, is there a way they can search all of their calendars for the student's
name without having to go through each one by hand?
