Using Outlook 2007. Is there any way I can default the Show time as: in
every new appointment as 'Free' instead of the default 'Busy'. Have read other discussions where they can double click on the date to create the new appointment and creating a new appoint in this manner defaults to 'Free' but 2007 doesn't appear to do that. |

All-day events will have "Free" as the default "Show time as" value, but times events will have "Busy" as the default. I don't think there's a way to change that. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

The default is Free for All day events. If you click the all day box to
disable then enable, does to switch to Free? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "Snacks" wrote in message ...
