Mark All Appointments as Free NOT Busy
Using Outlook 2007. Is there any way I can default the Show time as: in
every new appointment as 'Free' instead of the default 'Busy'. Have read other discussions where they can double click on the date to create the new appointment and creating a new appoint in this manner defaults to 'Free' but 2007 doesn't appear to do that.

The default is Free for All day events. If you click the all day box to
