Outlook 6 will not send messages with web site links?

The message will send (can see the progress bar), but it is not recieved and does not show up on the virgin server? I have sent this to my self to proove this. I have enabled pop3 on the virgin server, used the recent virgin message fix tool and un-checked "do not allow attachements" within oultook and still it wont send the discussed message? Please can you help me to fix this as i really need to send out my CV with the web site link, thank you.
