Modifying a pages Refresh Rate

I changed them to the long side, 5min. Lets see what type of change, if any, this makes. That is not the *poll* interval which is not at all hard to find. Just go look at the options. It's right on the FIRST tab that is shown to you. Now slap your forehead.
