Default CANT SEND EMAILS!!!

I can send an email fine from my own email. My problem is anytime I try to
send an email from another website. If I go to a persons site and need to
contact them and outlook comes up, I get the same message everytime I try to
send the email:

The host 'IMAP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'IMAP', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I have looked at the help section and it says to go to the tools menu and
click on accounts. I cant find an "accounts" section in any of my tools
menus.

1. What tools menu do I find this in?
2. Why would this only be a problem if I email from someone else's site?
(Not just one site but all of them)
3. I have 10 unsent messages due to this. How do I delete them so they
don't get sent now, they are too old now.

Thanks in Advance,

MS Outlook Express can't send email from Web sites. So the question is, are
you using another Internet connection when you have this problem? There is
a big difference between a web site, and an Internet connection.

Your posting header says you are a Frontier Communications customer. DSL
service in Arizona? What mail server should you be using to send email?
"Server: 'IMAP'" is not a viable name, and probably the cause of your
error. Poking around the Frontier web site, nearly as I can figure things
out, here is a link which might help:

http://myway.faq.frontiernet.net/faq_answer.asp?q=1

If you are not a Frontier customer, or you have a better explanation,
please post back details.

Navigating some ISP web sites is easier than others. I have a slight
prejudice toward my own ISP because I am familiar with it. I haven't really
looked at the site critically. When I see other ISP customers, I often try
to locate information on their ISP sites; some (like Comcast) are easier
than others (like Qwest).

I also picked up on a lot of stuff by just observing as I go along. I don't
have a lot of useful links to refer people to, though. I should probably
build up a library; but I am a naturally lazy person.

The Internet is an amorphous mass of layers and protocols; gets very
confusing trying to keep stuff categorized. Your Internet connection, for
example, is a TCP/IP transport layer. On that connection ride protocols
such as HTTP/HTTPS (web service, ports 80 and 443), NNTP/NNTPS (news
service, ports 119 and 463), SMTP/SMTPS/SMTP-STARTTLS (email sending, ports
25, 465, and 587), and POP3/POP3S (email downloading, ports 110 and 995).
There are many more servies, including NTP (time) and IMAP (online email
storage). Learning all of this can be a daunting experience at times.
