![]() Is there an easy way to address an email to all people in the address book? If so, can it be done without listing all the addressees in the message to each person? Best way I could think of is to without creating a group...
Click on the 'BCC:' field (View Show All Headers) This will show all your contacts. Click on the first contact Hold Shift and click on the last contact. Click on ok. This should add everyone to the 'BCC' field. Once the message gets to where it is going, the 'BCC' field is erased. Just put yourself in the 'To:' field and it should send. -- MILO HANEY wrote in message . net... Is there an easy way to address an email to all people in the address book? But be aware, if you have people in there that don't know you or
remember you, it's possible you could be reported for spamming. How that would affect you depends on your ISPs spam policy. Also, you may likely find that your ISP limits the number of people you can send to at once to some low number. It's a lot better to create a list, too. HTH, Pop "Milo Haney" wrote in message ...
