After working for years I can no longer send emails

The current error message reads:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Accout: 'mail.counseling-stl.com', Server:
'smtpout.secureserver.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port 465, Secure(SSL,): Yes,
Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

An earlier message said:

Recipient for this message not valid

There was no error number.

There is a suggestion that this issue can occur if file Wab32.dll is damaged.

To resolve this issue, extract a new copy of the Wab32.dll file from the
Windows Update Setup Files folder ino the C:\Program Files\Common
Files\System, folder. To do so, use the appropriate method.

The methods given are for 98 and 98 second edition. I have Windows XP.

By the way my Yahoo mail works fine
Help please.
