Go all the way to 5.0.
1.. In Regedit, navigate to this key: |--HKEY_CURRENT_USER |-----Identities |--------{GUID} |-----------Software |--------------Microsoft |-----------------Outlook Express |--------------------5.0 where GUID is the Global Unique IDentifier for your Identity. 2.. Under that key, you will find the following sub-keys, among others: |-----------------------Block Senders |-----------------------Rules |-----------------------Signatures Select the Block Senders Key and delete it. Blocked Senders will be empty, but you can rebuild it now. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "bjr2" wrote in message ... Clicking On 5.0 should give you about a dozen sub-keys. Are you sure you're
clicking in the correct identity? I have no explanation as to why it isn't there. Even though you have OE6, it still says 5.0 in the registry. If you were posting using OE as your newsreader, I could give you a screen shot to look at. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "bjr2" wrote in message ... A GUID is shorthand for "Globally Unique IDentifier" which is a term for a big, long number. In the graphic below, each GUID in this case is marked with a red arrow:

Hi Jim,
Yes, under IDentities, there are 30 zero's. However, after clicking on all of the + signs, including 5.0, there are no subkeys that have : Block Senders Rules Signatures bjr2 "Jim Pickering" wrote: A GUID is shorthand for "Globally Unique IDentifier" which is a term for a big, long number.
