Default message rules?

I am getting spam where the text of the spam is in the form of an image,
usually a .JPG. The sender and subject are random.


Is there any way I can write a rule to delete these but STILL allow messages
with images from trusted sources to get through?

Message Body rules do not recognize HTML.
