Not responding error message
Prior to about 2 weeks ago I could turn on the computer,go immediatly to
Outlook Express without first turning on Internet Explorer, now if I go to outlook Express first I get a( NOT RESPONDING) message and then the following (This program is not responding To return to Windows and check the status of the program click cancel or end now). After I click (end now) I then click on Internet explorer and after it comes on I then can go to Outlook Express and most times it will work. Finally when I shut down Internet Explorer I get the following message Internet Explorer Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut close. We are sorry for any inconvenience Send error report.
