![]() I have just been trying to to scan a document to email from my "HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-None Printer . Scanner . Copier). During his process I was prompted to configure "Microsoft Outlook", as I use OE6 I cancelled this. I then Scanned my document to file with the intention attaching it to an email in OE6. However when I click on "Create Mail" I repeatedly get the message "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." with the option to send an error report and this problem has only started since trying to san to email. Finally 2 days ago I carried out a "full installation of Windows XP followed by a full "Windows Update", not sure if this is relevant but though it worth metioning. Can anyonr please help? -- Regards Pete |
