Default destination-URL for special key

LeegI will solve the folowing problem:

When I puss the special key to open 'Outlook Express' I receive a message on het PC-screen that I have to give a destination-URL for the special key of the keyboard (an envelope).
I can't do what is given in the message because I do'nt find a link that have the name 'Key'. I can't choose a function for the special key.
What can I do now?
