Default Microsoft Update

Hello! I am looking for some expertise regarding the automatic update for
the "cumulative security update for Outlook Express 6 SP1." I have a client
that is continually requesting the same automatic update (usually up to 120
times a day) even though it is installed each time. I do not want to turn off
the automatic updates because that would end up causing more problems in the
future. Any suggestions on how to remedy the problem.
