Does the first recipient have a mail rule set up to forward certain messages to the others? People sometimes do this when they go on vacation, for instance, and forget to shut off the rule when they return. |

On the original sender's PC, go to the Sent Items folder, select the
problem message, then look at the Message Source (Ctrl-F3). Look for the TO, CC and BCC headers. Any combination of them may be present. If the intended recipient is the only one present in those, then the problem is not likely on the sender's end. Also to help track this down, does the problem only occur when sending to particular people? Does it happen when any one sends? You may also need to look at the mail server to see if it is doing any routing. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Rick" wrote in message ... She had more then 2000 emails in her sent folder.
I deleted all emails in her sent folder and the problem seems to have gone away. "Rick" wrote in message ... Staff will address/send an e-mail to an individual and the person will recieve it.
