That might not be possible. That depends on what the services allow.
You could always Forward the messages from the old to the new. but if there are a lot of messages, that can get tedious and will screw up the message headers (From, Date, etc.). If the old service supports POP3 access and the new one supports grabbing messages from an POP3 server (either of both of these could be an extra cost service), you can do that.
