my e-mail is supposed to be going to my isp bellsouth. i want it to go
there-what is happening?

Well, not being a psychic, how on earth would I or anyone know the answer
with the total lack of details you posted.
Tried calling Bellsouth?

Check all your settings in Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | (All
Tabs).
