Default What's the meaning of this message

After exiting a web site I received the following message,

Instruction at "0x1001cd11" referenced memory at "0x1001cd11" the memory
could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program.

What's the meaning of the message?. Anything to be concerned about?.

Thanks for any comments, replies.

You might have spyware. Use an anti-spyware scanner like Spybot Search
and Destroy ( www.safer-networking.org ) or Spy Sweeper (
www.tech-pro.net/spy-sweeper.html ).
