Default Backup OE folders to move to new hard drive

I will be replacing and installing a larger hard drive in my desktop which
now runs Win XP Pro so I need to backup my OE 6 folders, contacts,
newsgroups and account settings, etc.

Is there an easy way to do this such as export to PST files, burn them to a
CD/DVD and then import once I've reloaded Win XP Pro and OE?
I want to make sure I get everything under OE and I also have two users on
my desktop so I want to be sure to get both users OE stuff.

Thanks for your assistance!

Walter
