Using OE 6.0 with WinXP. Two days ago it stopped downloading email messages
from my ISP, Cox.net. It sends message okay, but does not receive. What's
wrong?

Hi MizG,

Is there an error message? That would help in narrowing the possibilities.
Two common issues are the use of anti-virus message scan or a message in the
(server) mailbox that OE cannot download. The use of A/V message scan can
cause connection problems. Disable this feature, but continue to use normal
system scan. The PC will still be protected.

For a malformed message use your ISP's Web-mail access (if available) to
delete the first message in the queue, then try downloading again. Repeat as
needed. Often with a malformed message some messages will continue to be
downloaded with each send/receive.

Please report any error message you may be seeing.
