Default outlook does not work correctly after running xp transfer wizard

I have update to a new computer. I set it up and installed an email account.
Everything worked OK. I then used the file and setting transfer wizard to
transfer all my old settings and files. Now Outllook Express will keep
sending the emails I have created. I have deleted the Outbox.dbx file,
turned off my anti-virus software and I have gone in and deleted all the
accounts and reset them up manually, still the same problem. The program is
set to to send immed. for out going emails.

When I create a new email or reply to an email the message goes into the
outbox.

Outlook Express will send it but give me a warning message the are error and
tells me it could not be sent, but no text as to what error is.

The email will remain in the outbox. but the message has been sent.

The next time Outllook checks for emails it will send the email again but
will remain in the outbox.

I have Outlook setup to check for emails every 10 minutes when I found out
about this problem I had sent a customer an email 19 times before he
contacted me to ask me to stop sending it.

it does not matter iwhat type of email it is. All out going emails act the
same.

Both my old computer and the new computer are running XP Pro. The old
computer did not have this problem.

All ides as to what to fix?

Thank you
