Default Cannot send mail

I am unable to send mail from Outlook Express. When I hit send I get the
following error message:

"An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'mail.weebeetunes.com', Server:
'mail.weebeetunes.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 Insufficient
System Storage.(IMail 8.15)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421,
Error Number: 0x800CCC67"

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

"Insufficient System Storage" suggests that your mail account lacks
space to accept email for relay. How much space do you have in your POP3
account? Leaving messages on the server takes up space, and you may need
to clear out some of those stored messages.

Default Cannot send mail

Server Response: '421 Insufficient System Storage.(IMail 8.15)'
is coming from
Server: 'mail.weebeetunes.com'

If the problem doesn't clear itself shortly, you'll need to contact the
mail admistrator.
