Outlook Express update KB911567
Jim, My outlook express is not frozen after downloading this update.
I am running IE 6/OE6 on Windows 2000NT. I click on the envelope and it pops up and looks like it is "recieivng" mail, however it freezes. Nothing is clickable and the only way to shut it down is to click the X which generates a message that the program is not running properly. Then I do alt control and delete it from the roster. I don't know hwere to start. I deleted the update and rebooted and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
