Why doesn't my pictures appear in my email when someone sends them to me or I
send them to them? I and some of my friends only get a red "X" instead of the
graphics?

For outgoing, make sure Send pictures with messages ic checked. (Tools |
Optins | Send | HTML Settings).

For incoming:

There are a few possibilities. Some are on the sender's end, and some may be
on your end.
