Spam Filter
I don't need a full featured spam filter, but is there any filter that runs
in the background, doesn't add an additional toolbar, and simply blocks all email except those with addresses found in the OE address book?

Spam Filter
You can do that with Message Rules. #4 at the first link is what you want,
but please read everything.
