Default How can I use one email account across multiple users with WinXP

I used to have an old Win98SE machine which had the one email account that
was used by everyone in the family (we don't get much mail - boo hoo!! and
most of it is essentially for all of us anyway). This was not a problem
until I put together a new PC which has WinXP Home SP2 installed.

After a bit of reading on the web, I found that by moving the dbx files (by
changing the location of the message store in Tool/Options/Maintenance) into
the All Users directory in Documents and Settings
ie C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Express
that everyone could continue to use the same account.

At first, it all worked ok. However, now that I have more or less set up the
new PC how I want it, I have reduced the other users to restricted accounts
so they cannot mess up the machine that much (as the other users are kids
and a virtually computer illiterate adult).

After setting the other users as limited accounts, they are no longer able
to fire up Outlook Express. I am assuming that this is because they are not
allowed to modify files in the All Users directory. I get an error message
stating that the application could not access the message store.

The obvious solution would be to give each of them their own email account,
but that would mean ensuring that all addresses known by others are updated
which we don't want to do unless it is necessary.

Is there any way that I can recover from this situation? I really don't want
to leave them with Computer Administrator priviliges.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Martin
