Default HELP !!! Office outlook 2003

Can anybody help me with my big problem in office outlook 2003. My problem
goes like this when i send email to multiple person i used CC and to... but
some email will bouncing. My O.S. is XP pro SP2. and after i resend it will
go through. Why sometimes it will bounce? what was the problem? Can anyone
tell me and advice me what to do...
