Reinstalling IE/OE?
Hi all,
Why did they design the installation procedure for IE/OE so that you have to be running IE/OE to start the process? One can not for instance install/upgrade IE/OE from Firefox. Seems limiting. Shouldn't there be a SETUP.EXE file for IE and another one for OE that one could download? thanks, charles.....

Reinstalling IE/OE?
You don't have to be running IE/OE.
How to Reinstall or Repair IE6 and OE6: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318378 Although written for WinXP, it works for all Windows operating systems 98 or newer. If you are using WinXP/SP2, and it was not already on your computer from the factory, you will have to remove SP2 first.
